Preliminary information on the Industry Accident in 1 Sub-district, Cilegon City, Banten Province| February 18, 2016
Based on Health Ministry Crisis Centre report within Industry accident which occurred in 1 sub-districts, Gerogol sub-district, Cilegon City, Banten Province on February 18, 2016.
In the preliminary data obtained from the local health department and coordination with several relevant agencies, the number of victims can be informed were 6 victims consists of 1 people died and 5 people were serious injuries.
EFFORTS MADE
District / City Health Department Efforts:
- Communicate and coordination with local Fire Department.
- Communicate and coordination with referral hospital leaders in order to give health service for victims.
- Collecting data and reporting victims condition.
- Make a further report.
