Based on Health Crisis Center information within floods and landslides that occurred in 2 districts, Sangir districts, and Paoh Duo districts, South Solok, West Sumatra on February 8, 2016.
In the preliminary data obtained from the local health department and coordination with several relevant agencies, the number of victims can be informed is 327 people, consisting of 5 people dead, 1 missing, 1 serious wound, and 320 people evacuated.

- Give health services with local Community Health Center
- Assist the evacuation of flood at affected communities.
- South Solok Government has set Emergency Response Status from 09 until February 23, 2016
